1) ‘Get educated’

A visit to one of London’s many museums is a true eye opener. Whether topping up knowledge, or for sheer entertainment, whichever you choose you can’t go wrong. The animal mad will be in awe of The Natural History Museum, whilst The Science Museum gives the ins and outs to our entire existence. If its culture you’re after, why not try The Tate for a taste of Britain’s finest artwork, past and present.

2) ‘Be a tourist’

Whether it’s a walk by the Thames or pictures of the palace, a visit to London just isn’t a trip to London without taking in the sights. Fancy a view with a difference? Then head skywards with a trip on the London eye, providing fantastic aerial views of the cityscape and beyond.

3) ‘Splash some cash’

It’s no secret that Oxford Street houses some of the UK’s most famous stores, but why not escape the high street designer labels and head out of town. Camden market is a shopping experience with a difference. From a range of merchandise and crafts, it’s the atmosphere that truly makes Camden the place to be for the cultured consumer.

4) ‘Escape from it all’

Take time for yourself away from the hustle and bustle of the centre in one of London’s many parks and Green spaces. The Royal Botanical gardens contains some 30000 living varieties of plants, alongside 7 million preserved specimens. It also houses the world’s largest compost heap. If that’s not a reason to visit, I don’t know what is.

5) ‘Visit the West End’

The highlight of any trip to the capital surely ends with a relaxing evening at the theatre. London’s West End contains some 40 main venues, guaranteeing there’s a show out there you’ll want to see. But your trip doesn’t have to end come the curtain call. By booking a
